This year was such a whirlwind and I realized that with med-school I can't keep up with blogging. So I won't be posting anymore. I might drop by to write a review or two when I'm in the mood and need to let my feelings out. But generally consider this blog closed. I'll leave it up for anyone who wants to read the previous posts. My time here in the blogosphere was the best and I'll really miss this community. But life gets in the way and priorities have to change. Thank you to everyone, my readers, the authors, the book lovers, for making this experience so amazing! Maybe I'll return some day if I have more time to spare. So good bye for now! Good luck and take care!

Currently Reading & Watching
I have a couple of days free before the entrance tests and interviews start again. So I'm reading and watching a lot of stuff these days. Here's an update:
CURRENTLY READING
1. City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
I'm not loving this as much as I expected to but I'm really enjoying the story and I love Jace! I had a hard time getting into it but I started enjoying the story half way through the book. I'm still unable to connect with the characters, especially Clary, but I'm guessing that's because of the third person narration. I'm definitely going to read the rest of the series though and I can't wait for the TV show!
2. Twilight/Heaven Sent (Mediator #6) by Meg Cabot
I'm rereading The Mediator series and loving it just as much as I did the first time around! I'm on the last book now. A lot of my thoughts about specific characters changed reading the books this time. I'll cover those in a Sunday Spotlight post. I can't wait for the seventh book!!
3. Locke & Key by Joe Hill (Audio Production)
Wow! I've listened to a couple of audio books but never an audio production and this is so cool! It's like listening to the audio of a movie. It has cool sound effects and music and it's all acted out. I can imagine it happening in front my eyes. I'm really enjoying this!
CURRENTLY WATCHING
DRAMAS
It seems like almost all the dramas I'm watching are related to birth secrets and childhood friends and I'm kinda getting sick of it.
1. She Was Pretty (Currently Airing)
This has a childhood friends story but I don't mind it too much. I started watching it because of my love for Park Seo Joon but I stayed because of Siwon. Seriously, he's amazing in this! Major second lead syndrome! I'm not loving it but I am enjoying the story and I actually really like the female lead!
2. Kiss Me (Currently Airing)
Another childhood friends story. This is the Thai remake of Itazura na Kiss. They made a couple of changes to the story and I love them for it! They made the male lead into less of a jerk robot and more of a human being with real emotions. And I love the amount of fluff this has! It can get a bit absurd sometimes but I don't care because AoMike! <3
3. D-Day (Currently Airing)
I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS DRAMA! Not only because I'm a soon-to-be med student and this is one of the best medical dramas I have watched but because this drama has a really good storyline and one of my best OTPs ever! I really love everything about this drama, from the story to the characters to the rare cute OTP moments.
4. Kill Me, Heal Me (Completed)
Don't kill me please but I'm not really enjoying this as much. This has family secrets and childhood friends and whatnot and these things are really getting on my nerves. Plus I really don't like the female lead character. Hell I'm not even liking Park Seo Joon in this! The only person I do love is Ji Sung because he's an extremely talented actor and he's doing such an amazing job! But I have a hard time watching this. My mind wanders off and I just don't care about what is going on. I have zero interest in the family secrets and most things just irritate me. I'm pushing through though, hoping it'll get better for me.
5. Healer (Completed)
Saved the best for last. This drama is SO GOOD!! Like I can't even!!! I've restricted myself to watching 2 episodes each day otherwise I'd finish this in one sitting! This one also has past secrets and childhood friends and all that stuff and it does annoy me sometimes when it comes up but it is intriguing enough that I want to know what happened. Plus I'm totally in love with all the characters!! Especially our boy Healer! Damn, I could stare at Ji Chang Wook's face all day long! Wait, I already do that... But I can't help it! I mean look at him! And I adore the leading lady and this OTP! The story and characters are really well-written and I'm pretty sure this drama will end up in my all-time-favorites. Also, I love the OST! The music is so good that I downloaded the OST 4 episodes into the show. If you haven't seen this drama yet them please do yourself a favor and go watch it now! You won't be able to stop!
TV SHOWS
1. Once Upon A Time (Season 5)
I'm so glad this is back! I'm really loving Dark Swan and Camelot and Merida and the whole new story this season! Plus so much Captain Swan!! My heart is soaring! I can always count on OUAT to take all my worries away!
2. The Vampire Diaries (Season 7)
This has gotten so much better after Elena's departure! I don't know if it was that Elena was boring or that the writer's have improved but I'm loving the story this season! It is all so interesting! The Heretics, the three years later, the stone. I love where this is going!
3. Reign (Season 3)
What in the world are you doing, show?! How am I supposed to defend you now, huh? Ugh! I was hoping Reign would improve this season and while I'm happy on the politics front, everything is else is such a mess. This show has not only ruined all of my OTPs but also made me hate characters I used to love! I absolutely loathe Elizabeth. Completely hate her. I was hoping so badly that they would make her into a strong female character, you know something they failed to do with Mary, but apparently a strong female character is too much to ask for from Reign writers. Especially considering what they're doing with Catherine. The ONLY character left that I actually like is Francis. Who is *SPOILER ALERT* going to die! There's Bash too but he has so little screen-time that he might as well not be in the show at all. Not to mention all the absurd things that are happening this season. I really hope this show gets better. Or else even my love for Adelaide Kane won't be able to keep me watching.
4. Supernatural (Season 11)
I actually forgot I was watching this until I checked my list. And that my friends is how Supernatural is this season. Forgettable. I still love Sam, Dean and Cas and I'm actually pretty happy with the amount of Destiel we're getting considering last season it was next to nothing. And the story this season is interesting too. I think it's me who's getting tired of it. I do enjoy watching it still. But I'm not as enthusiastic about it as I used to be.
5. Sleepy Hollow (Season 1)
I'm not watching this "officially". Just an episode or two when I'm in the mood. I'm in love with Ichabod Crane! IN LOVE! He's so funny and adorable! I also love Abby! And their relationship. The story is sometimes hard to follow but it is pretty interesting.
ANIME
Akatsuki no Yona
I'm only watching this one anime. I wanted to watch anime and I tried a couple upon my brother's suggestions but didn't like any of them. Then I saw an adorable picture on Tumblr of Hak & Yona and searched for the anime. The premise sounded good so I started watching it. And I'm loving it so far! The story, the characters, the animation and music. Love everything! Especially the OTP <3
Wow! I didn't realize I was watching this much stuff until I made this post... Well I deserve it after studying so much for so long! So, what are you watching & reading?

Update
Hey folks! I hope you all are doing well! I'm sorry for the lack of updates. I've been studying for the MCAT which, despite my hard work, didn't go that well. So now I'm busy studying for other university entry tests.
I don't have much time for the blog, I don't think I'll ever have. I've thought of ending it but I don't think I can do that. So I'm going to leave it up and update from time to time. Write reviews & stuff occasionally.
Thank you all for following me and reading my posts! I'll try to update as much as I can.
Good luck for the new school year and please pray for me!
Lots of love

Update
Hello! I know I haven't posted in more than a month! My internet was down and I've been so busy studying for MCAT that I don't even have time to sleep. Sad life.
Well I have five days off the next week so I'll try to post some reviews. I'm kind of in a drama-watching slump but I've been devouring books lately. No kidding, I've been reading one book after the other and I can't get enough! So lots to review!
I should go study now, bye! Hope you guys are having an awesome summer! Take care and stay hydrated!

I'm back!
Hello world! It's been 2 months since I last posted... God, how I've missed this blog! My exams ended yesterday and now I'm free!!!
Well not as free as I'd like to be... My MCAT classes will start soon and I still have practical exams at the end of June. But I'm finally done with these exams and I feel so relieved!
I'll start posting reviews and such from tomorrow, maybe today. I can't wait to get back to reading and watching dramas! :D
Well, see you later! Take care!

Hello!
I'm really sorry I've been MIA for so many weeks! My finals are starting from 7th May and I'm having so many revision tests right now! And when I'm not studying, I'm either sleeping or reading or watching dramas. So I haven't had time to write.
I have a lot of pending reviews and discussion posts planned out and I miss writing and blogging a lot! So hopefully I'll get some free time before the next round of tests start and I'll try to write up some posts then.
I hope your year is going good! I can't believe it's March already! Stay safe and healthy! Take care!

Update (Currently Reading & Watching)
Hello hello! Hope you are doing well! Finally winter is here! I love winter!
I know, I haven't posted in ages. This year is so much harder than the previous one! My life consists of classes, studying and sleeping. I'm even behind on all the shows & dramas & books. I cannot wait for this year (academic) to be over! But then there will be MCAT and University applications and what not! Oh when will this be over?!!
I had forgotten about the blog these past few weeks. Then a lovely reader commented on a post and I realized that people actually read what I write. Which prompted me to start posting again. I missed writing as well. So here I am! Since I don't have any reviews to write I'll just update you on the books I've been reading and the stuff I've been watching.
Currently Reading:
1. Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake
I love this cover so much that I got it's poster made! This is the only book I'm actually 'currently reading' because I'm reading it in ebook form and it's easier to read on my phone. It is less scary than I thought it would be but it's good. I'm through about half of it and so far it's been nice. Not 'oh-my-gosh-this-is-so-awesome-I-can't-stop-reading' good but good that it doesn't bore me and is interesting.
2. A Thousand Bones by P. J. Parrish
I started this a while ago, after I finished another crime novel. It seemed pretty good and interesting. It's too bad I haven't had time to read it.
3. Just Jane by Nancy Moser
I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of Jane Austen but I do like her work and I love anything Pride & Prejudice related so I bought this. It's a bit boring but that, I guess, is to be expected from a work like this, no? I'm taking my time going through this one.
4. Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin
This one I've been reading for quite some time now. The length is so much that it's overwhelming! And it's a book that I once start it's pretty hard for me to stop. So I have to be careful when I read it. And since I've been so busy with studies I haven't been reading it at all. The weird thing is that even when I put it on hold for long periods of time I still remember everything that has happened before when I read it again. This hardly ever happens, I'm not this good at remembering. But with Game of Thrones I get so immersed in the story that I remember it.
Currently Watching (TV Shows):
1. Once Upon A Time (Season 4)
The Frozen and Snow Queen storyline is so awesome! The plot is getting so interesting and each episode is so much fun to watch! I'm loving it!
2. Supernatural (Season 10)
Supernatural is going okay. There haven't been any episodes yet, this season, that I have loved but we are only 5 episodes in. I'm sure something interesting will come up.
3. Reign (Season 2)
Reign is awesomesauce! It's seriously so so good! All the actors are doing such a great job and the story is so good and compelling! I'm loving this one!
4. The Vampire Diaries (Season 6)
Things are actually better this season with TVD. I'm not loving it but it is keeping me interested. And Mr Smolderholder!!!! 'nuf said.
Currently Watching (Dramas):
1. Bad Guys
Oh my, this drama is just all levels of awesomeness! Drop everything and go watch it now! You'll love it! Great cast, amazing story, good cinematography, this drama is all-around perfect!
2. High School - Love On
I feel like I'm the odd one out because while almost everyone seems to be loving this one, I can't keep myself from rolling my eyes. It was pretty good in the beginning but now the characters' actions don't make any sense, Sungyeol seriously needs psychiatric help, so does his mother and Woohyun and Seul Bi need to run away and be their cheesy selves together. Even then, it's fun to watch. I get to laugh at the stupid stuff these characters do.
3. Misaeng (Incomplete Life)
Im Siwan, where have you been all my life? This guy... ugh, this guy!!! And this drama!!! I've only watched 3 episodes but I have a feeling that this drama is only going to get better. Amazing directing, great cast and awesome story! It feels so raw and real. Really hits you in the feels. Ten minutes feel like an hour and even then this drama doesn't get tiring. It is so different and rare, it's really one in a million. And I love it!
4. Liar Game
This one is so awesome! All the mind games and the suspense literally keep me on the edge of my seat! The cast is amazing and Shin Sung Rok!! But I'm really loving Lee Sang Yoon as well! It's a good thing I haven't seen the Japanese version so I have nothing to compare it too. But I'm really enjoying Liar Game!
5. My Lovely Girl
Finally this is over! It was sort of like torture, watching this one. Especially towards the end. I still haven't seen the last two episodes yet. Will get around to it eventually. I'm glad it's finally over.
Currently Watching (Variety Shows):
1. Roommate
This season is so funny! I can't stop laughing and by the end my each episode my stomach hurts from laughing too much. All the new members are awesome! Even though I would prefer if they showed the previous ones a little more too. I'm loving Jackson and Park Joon Hyung! They are so funny and cool! And Jackson and Young Ji are so cute! I ship them!
2. We Got Married (SunHee Couple)
I saw Kwanghee on Hello Counselor and he was so funny! And I've loved Sunhwa since Marriage Not Dating. So when I came to know that they were on WGM together I decided to watch their episodes. I'm glad I did because these two are so funny and cute! They are by far my favorite couple from the ones I've watched up till now. Me being such a huge fan of best friend romances, I really enjoy watching these two. And sometimes I get appearances from Siwan which is a great bonus!
3. We Got Married (EunRim Couple)
Boy oh boy are these two a breath of fresh air! They are so adorable and funny! They are very close to becoming my favorite couple! I liked So Eun in BOF but I never gave much attention to her. (She's great in Liar Game BTW). I've seen Song Jae Rim in Surplus Princess and I loved him there. I had no idea what to expect from them though but I decided to watch them on WGM because I'd been reading about them all around the internet. I can see why people like them so much. They are so cute together you can't help but love them!
Wow that's a lot! No wonder I'm so behind on everything. I don't know how I end up with so much on my plate. I really need to learn to control. Oh well, this is my update. What are you currently reading/watching?

Currently Watching
Despite the tests I'm currently watching a lot of ongoing dramas and TV shows. But I only get to catch up on weekends. Good thing a lot of them are about to end soon so I will have less to watch. I just don't have the heart to drop any. Here is the stuff I'm currently watching:
Dramas:
1. My Secret Hotel
This one's beginning to bore me. I was never invested enough to be frustrated and that is why I am just bored. The romance is all over the place and frankly I have stopped caring about it. I did like the mystery but it's given such less importance that now I don't care about that either. The only good thing about this drama are the OSTs. The songs are seriously very good and have been on replay on my iPod since they came out!
2. My Lovely Girl
Hmm... I don't now about this one. I am enjoying it but I feel like it's going to disappoint me. It's still too early to say, I've only seen 4 episodes. Rain is really good and Krystal is doing a good job as well. I liked her better in Heirs though but I think that was because of her character. I wish Myungsoo (L) was a better actor. He's adorable but his acting... Hoya's doing a good job though. And this is completely out of the blue but Sungyeol's brother (who plays one of the band members) is so much like him! I mean in the way he looks and talks.
3. Surplus Princess
I was actually quite enjoying this one. I'm sad that it got cut down to only 10 episodes. It is a fun drama. It has good humor and I am enjoying the story as well. I especially love Ha Ni and how Jo Bo Ah is playing her!I hope they end it well...
4. High School - Love On
This one is just so cute! I'm loving the story and even though the acting isn't that good, it's not cringe-worthy and it's always great seeing my Infinite boys. I like where the story is going and how real the characters feel.
TV Shows:
1. Once Upon A Time
The first episode was meh. With such an awesome season finale I was expecting a great season premiere but it fell a little flat. I'm sure it will pick up though. I'm loving the Frozen arc!
2. Supernatural
I know this hasn't premiered yet but it will next week and I do plan on watching it. I can't wait!!!! My mother can't wait either! This is the only show we watch together so I'm pretty excited. When I talk to her about other shows she doesn't understand a thing but Supernatural is something we both love so it's fun talking to her about it.
3. Reign
Wow! That was a great first episode! Mary is changing so much! I don't know if it's for better or worse... So many mysteries and threats! Bash <3 This season is going to be intense!
4. The Vampire Diaries
That was actually a pretty good first episode. That ending!!! But yeah, I actually enjoyed it and the mystery is really intriguing. I'm looking forward to this season, I hope the writers don't disappoint.
Variety Shows:
1. It's Okay, Roommate
Only 1 episode has aired till now. I do like the new members, they seem fun (and funny!) but I'm going to miss the old ones as well. I hope this will be as much fun as the first season!
2. We Got Married (JungJung Couple)
I know this isn't ongoing but I am watching it... and I love these two! They are so adorable! They are a very different couple from what we usually see on We Got Married (not that I watch a lot of it). I love how they play games with each other but at the end of the day they really do care for each other. Jung Joon Young is so adorkably shy and super funny! And Jung Yoo Mi really has a lot of patience! They are not very cutesy and sweet. But they are unique and sweet in their own way.
I know, I know... I'm watching a lot. Really though, I have no idea how it got so out of hand! The thing is, one drama or the other (High School Love On, I'm looking at you) keeps postponing their episodes and then I pick up something new. Plus all the new TV show seasons are starting and that is why my list grew so much. And everyone needs variety in their life to laugh the stress away. So I ended up watching 10 shows at the same time. No wonder I don't have time for anything else... Tests on weekdays, shows on weekends...
Anyway, are you watching any of these? If yes, what do you think about it/them? What are you currently watching? Comment below and lets fangirl over Bash & Damon together! Unless you want to talk about how cute the JungJung couple is. ;)

Unless you want to talk about how cute the JungJung couple is. ;)

Currently Reading
There was a time when I couldn't read two books at the same time. I mixed up the stories and the worlds and it was hard for me to follow both of them simultaneously. Now I am currently reading 4 books! Which is huge for me! The weird thing is that I never mix up the stories or the characters or the worlds. I think I have matured as a reader...
I haven't posted a book review in a while so I thought I should give you a little update on what I am reading.
1. MARY: The Summoning by Hillary Monahan
I have been craving horror like crazy, recently! I was thrilled when I was approved on NetGalley for this title! I am half-way through this book. There are some things I like and some things I don't like. The horror scenes are great and make my heart beat like crazy! The description of Bloody Mary is awesome too! So much so that it kinda creeps me out! But the friendship drama is so annoying and boring! And I don't connect with any of the characters. I don't even care about them! I hope this gets better though...
2. The Vincent Boys by Abbi Glines
I'm reading this along with my best friend. I really like the writing and the characters and story. But I have some issues. I don't like how Ash doesn't have a backbone. She's stringing along a guy she knows she doesn't like that way. I really don't like that. I don't like how fake Sawyer seems, and he hasn't even appeared yet! Everyone in the town worships Sawyer, which is weird. I get the "small town, everybody's business" thing but Ash lets it affect her too much. Plus she comes off as very desperate. I am enjoying this book. But these things kinda bother me.
3. A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin
This is a big book so it's taking me some time to finish it. But boy is it good! The writing is amazing! The world the author has created is awesome! He described it so well that it's not hard to imagine and when I'm reading it I find myself in that place. It's like I am there along with the characters. I really like how real and flawed the characters are. And that he has written each chapter from different characters perspectives. Each character has his own voice. The story is interesting and suspenseful. I love this book! But I haven't seen the show, nor do I plan to. At least not for the time being.
4. Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier
Stunning writing! Absolutely stunning! This was recommended to me by my aunt and I'm really enjoying it. Sure, the protagonist is annoying sometimes because she is too simple but I get why she is like that. The story wouldn't work if she wasn't. So I don't have a problem with that. I'm loving this one so far!
So, these are the books I am currently reading! Share what you are reading in the comments below! No one can have too many books. ;)

EXAMS OVER!!! (This post contains weird nonsense so read at your own risk!)
Finally the exams are over and I'm done with my first year of college! I'm not gonna lie, it has been HARD! But I made it out! And I'm pretty sure I did good on the exams too...
Now three months of FFFUUUNNNN!! Well I do have some classes but I won't be as busy as I would be in September so
I've never waited for summer vacation so eagerly as much as I waited for this one! I've never been this excited about summer vacation either! I'm so excited that even though I haven't slept in almost 24 hours (I had an exam today so I studied all night because I can't sleep before an exam) I'm not sleepy at all! I feel like singing and dancing and
I also have so many books I need/want to read! I'm halfway through Game of Thrones and loving it! I received A is for Abstinence (by Kelly Oram) ARC and I cannot wait to read it!!!! I've planned that I'm going to read all the review books this summer so I can start taking review requests again. (Wish me luck!)
I have a lot of blog posts planned as well. I have a couple of reviews I need to write but I also planned many discussion posts and I can't wait to get started on them!
So much to do! It feels so good to be back! Well I'm going to go and try to get some sleep. See you soon!
